At NoiseOff, there is a message posted by someone realized that not all of his/her neighbors can be trusted and that neighbors will lie during the course of reporting a crime. Below is my posted reponse. If you wish to see the concerned person's original message, logon to NoiseOff and read "neighbors lie, say they aren't bothered".

My Response:

I am surprised that there are still victims of crime out there who still believe that they can unquestionably count on their neighbors as bare witness to whatever crime that has occurred. The majority of them will not. They will either side will the offender(s) or become noncommittal regardless of what they might have seen or heard and many remain ignorance of the incidents behind the safety of closed doors.

And yes, they lie. Why? They lie because they are afraid to take a stand against the neighborhood toughs and criminals. Especially those criminals who are known to harass and harm those of us who attempt to change things for the betterment of the community.

Neighbors like yours, and I have them too, will tell you that you are a nutcase, that you are bothering everyone, while at the same time allowing the crimes and sometimes very serious crimes to continue. They will groups together and step up the noise, drive around more often playing very loud music will stereos with broken basses, they will to disturb your rest at night, and if their they have a very bad fly beat on their cars, there is no peace until they leave the area.

The following statement is important, but I am guessing you will know it to be true. While in your presence, they will try to manipulate police officers and security personnel, but do not be distracted by this display. It is only an intimidation tactic so do not back down. Continue to report the incidents truthfully. Such neighbors have become bullies themselves.

This has been my experience and it has not changed. Where I live now, and I have not lived here long, but they fear me because they know that I represent change and that is what NoiseOff is all about, changes for the better.

You have gotten many suggestions on how to handle the offenders and your neighbors in your area. As suggestions go, these are good ones. Also, join your community D.A.R.T. organization. If you are a religious person, your pastor will know of the group and your local branch. The local police department might know of the group also.

Keep in mind as long as you want change and actively work toward it, many of your neighbors will not like you and fewer will trust you. So stand strong, but get some real support behind you because you do it along and you cannot trust everyone. Not even your neighbors.

I don’t lie, It's Just More Sh_t

Well, it appears that it is a regular things to harass people in any sneaky  means impossible. Today, I went to Winn-Dixie, and being on alerts for retaliation from the people here, unfortunately, I was not disappointed.

This harassment came in the form of music that where the singer song of things that had happened in his life, and happens in many people lives. However, knowing the sneakiness of troublemakers, I knew the music was directed at me.

Well. No biggy it been done before, and it does not cause any embarrassment because shit like this happen to people.

However, I did not lie about what my old neighbors did nor the fact that at least one of them came all the way from St. Pete to Largo to cause all this upset. What one of my downstairs neighbors (1801) has done was a new twist because I have never had to deal with people who does like the sold of Asian entertainment , and the nerve tell me that they did not like "Rice".

Not being use to such sly racism I did not catch on at first. However, when I understood. My thoughts were and bad too. The wall are thin and some have holes, get use to it.  The other neighbors (1802) had someone go to my Asian neighbors to discover what I am watching and why. However, I could have asked me and I would have told them simply. "I like it", and to "stop beat on their walls or ceiling" wherever they hear me watching.  They also agreed to allow a gardener to start do some harassment as well. Like I said, the walls are thins, and one must be careful of what one say when the doors and windows are opened.

The yet other neighbor (1809) , a black woman, really got in good with the troublemaker from St. Pete and started parading about men that favored the womanizing men I rejected in St. Pete years ago.

What is the worst is that one of them spoke with some in my new doctors office and suddenly, I having troubling by mistreatment.

What troubled me the most is that one medical office, took my debit card number and placed it in her computer. Had I not notice her doing it, I never would have known that she had done. When I asked her what she was doing with my card. She stated, "They wanted It" without telling me who "they" were or why.

I didn't this. Therefore, after some research I discovered that no doctor or medical group can take a patient credit card, debit card, checking account information, etc without getting prior consent from the patient. Such practices generally  is done with patients without insurance. I do have insurance and my consent was not granted, so I cancelled to card.  Had I been asked if they could store my debit information the answer would have been understandably, "no". This inference in my medical treatment is an unforgivable act my neighbors.

As for the troublemakers from St. Pete who came here to spread whatever tales they wanted to my new neighbors, they are trying their best to cause a racial instance.

They first tried it with other blacks. When that failed they tried it with whites. From there East Indians. Now they are attempting to use the Hispanic, who has involved the Asian just because they don't like heard Asian entertainment.

These attempt at causing racial instances are ridiculous, and is more telling the blacks troublemakers that inciting the other races than those races. Racism is no crime, act on the emotion of racism is a crime, a federal at that.  

I wonder what racial group these troublemaker s will try to incite next.  It is a sad state on being, but people filled with unjustified hatred don’t see or act clearly.

I almost forgot. We have had some thief of kitchen and  personal items. We changed the locks.

Bad neighbors - 07.06.2022

I am a member of the St. Petersburg Police department’s Eagle Eye program here in Pinellas county Florida. Members of the Eagle Eye program place outdoor security cameras at known troubled areas, which include trespassing neighbors of any age, vandals, and persons threatening bodily harm, and seeking unlawful entry into another home. Whether this be my own property or someone else’s nearby those security cameras are there to protect us, property and are all part of a bigger program to protect residents in my areas. 

Granted here are residents for their  reason do not like the cameras being their but in our case, the cameras were put out because these same residents attached us for absolutely no reason, other than the they got bad information from criminals sources. Therefore the residents nears me, know that they were wrong in attacking us, but continue to do it because rather than admit they wrong, perpetrate bigger problem, such lying to police, using their children as a excuse, using their small children to commit crimes. My guess is that they believe the in law is forgiving of young criminal that state my mommy made me do it. Or, this or neighbor is mean. Of course, that person would angry when those children and/or adult have someone destroy portions of another’s property. Again, crimes done for no good reason, other than listening lies of criminals. Granted they probably did not know the person was a criminal or were related to criminal, but that no excuse to attack persons they barely spook too. No one, me, not anyone going to be friendly to anyone doing such things under those circumstances.

What is driving these people is false pride, guilt, along with the unhealthy feeling to justify their criminals’ actions and make them appear right.

Learned that we are neither  the household this is happening to nor happened to in the past shows that these residents have done so often that they lack true awareness to judge others without prejudice

This is true of our nearness neighbors. New residents move in, someone come in and tells a lie or two, and wham the older resident go on attack for whatever reason they image with harm the new neighbor. This is so repetitive that from a long time member of crime prevention, Eagle Eye and other civil programs intended stop crimes, those residents that attack to innocents are not only predictable but sad in that cause a lot of harms to so many people including themselves. We seen it happen before, and no amount or attempt to warm such neighbors that they have been misinformed and that have are still being used by criminals, who has their own plans, will open their eyes. Or, as I suspect, their eyes are open and they like criminals that came to they as well as those they themselves sought, do not know how to right the wrong they cause and just continue to do harm with the misguided belief that if they can rid themselves of the innocent residents with more harm, they can return to their normal lives.  

Again, as the criminals they spoke with and sought out are known to the police department as persons of interests, these neighbors of ours are mistaken. Because criminal are like vipers that latch on and suck their victims dry of everything they possess. These neighbors would have others believe that they are justified in their attempts at running off the innocents, but they fail to see the true motives behind the criminals that filled them with lies in the first place.

Finally, nothing changes for the better here, the criminals increase as the drug pushers family cringe their grip tighter on them.

My question as always,

Why do people love evil and hate good? Why do they eagerly listen the people who clearly are not telling the truth, and in turn start knowingly committing crimes themselves. Is it that hard to come to a person and tell them that some is said bad thing about them or to believe the police when they tell them the information is not truth?

Why attack and continue to do so once the truth is known. Did any of them past and present truly believe that they could commit crimes and not be reported?

My only answer remains unchanged as I do, still. And, anyone that knows the real me and not the fabricated lie, knows what I mean.

My advice for them as always is to let it go. Choose life.

 

UNNECESSARY PROBLEMS CAUSED BY TROUBLED PEOPLE

11/25/2015 UPDATE:

Is has been nearly a month my husband was bitten by a dog and the owner has not come forward yet.
Enforcement at the Pinellas County Animal Services wants to talk to the owner.

Here is the details of the attack.

!!!DOG BITE ALERT!!!

ATTENTION ALL PERSONS!

Seeking owner of two bulldogs. A brown and white bulldog, and the other a brown or mostly brown one.

The smaller brown  bulldog bit a man and broke his skin on 39th street and 4th avenue north. The dogs then ran down an alley.

The man suffered a bite that broke his skin. the bulldog needs to be brought in to the Pinellas County Animal Services and check for its rabies shots record and license.

The dog's owner should call 727-582-2600 and ask for Enforcement at the Pinellas County Animal Services.

The incident occur a little after 6pm on Monday 11/2/2015.

Should anyone having information on the whereabouts of these two bulldogs and their owner, please do the same. All help is appreciated as the dog might attack a child next.

11/19/2015  UPDATE:

Those who have been involved in this latest bit of harassment include members of that church staff. They too read these messages and took it upon themselves to seek revenge for the lost of their principal as well as the younger children of that school.

Why they wish to lay blame at my door when it was their former principal  who began spying on us in the early hours of the morning is beyond me.

So for revenge the staff of that church decided to take revenge by aligning themselves with the troublemakers among my present neighbors,  known pushers, hustlers, and thieves. Not only did they reject the presence of our security cameras, they had someone interfere with our internet service.
They also dug up at least one of those drug pushers from the far south side of town. I am referring to  the pushers who sold illegal drugs on a street corner for three years like people buy food from a fast food joint, and afterwards left their young children and toddlers outside on a darken street, while they remained inside smoking and doing up the profits.  I am not fond of black diamonds, and the writing is on the wall.

The troublemakers among my present neighbors have knowledge of these people actions and have now discovered as have the members of that church that in contacting those drug pushers that they invited the devil in.  The people they contacted are also part of the group that were coming around and trespassing on other people properties during the time of those multi robberies in 2012.  
I must ask. What stupid pills did they all take to come up with the decision to contact people who are no true friends of anyone but those of their own perk? These people are known for turning on the very people they claim they want to  help.  They steal, lie, sell and do illegal drugs, damage people properties, and some of their women prostitute themselves for money while deluding men into thinking its love.

The pages on this site is filled with warnings about these people. Yet a church and a few of my 'know it all' neighbors invite them in.

Well, after all this recent harassment, which includes pretending to be my friend in public, attempting to malign my character to resemble those of their women, telling god knows what lies to the merchants and service people we do business with (both in the area and online), interfering with our internet and security services, joint spying (stalking), and finding more clueless people to harass me and this area with drivers driving  SUVs, sedans, a big white unmarked truck, and pickup trucks that are either black and gray, they (the church) are moving out.

If they believe all this upheaval and deception is their Christian calling, then who or what is their god?

For the record, I have not cause the failure of  these people to make it here; the evil in them did it. I barely thought about them. It is only by a occurrence chance occurrence that I made the connection.

I must extend my apologies to the readers of my woes for not posting more frequently. However, I have been under attack by the same troublemakers in my area. They have in their lame wisdom enlisted the cooperated of some of the personnel in some of the businesses I frequent.  This is nothing new. What terrible lies these troublemakers must  have told these people to gain their cooperation, I do not know.  However, I do know the  troublemakers have spread one lie that included making me appear to be a who#e. It really did surprised me,  as well as made me down right angry, that people who have neither met me, talk to me, nor informed me of the lie would believe such  malice and in turn spread it to others.

It is because of the troublemakers lies that my husband shops with me.

I can only surmise that the known troublemakers are responsible telling the awful lie, because recently I have numerous problems with my internet service, my security service, some man spying on me in the supermarket and no doubt claiming I am doing what I am not, and some woman attempting to crowd me at the checkout line to peek at the ATM box as I paid for groceries. However, as the holidays are upon us, she may have been to run of the mill credit information theft.  I did inch her back after she refused my request for her to move on her own. Her actions were views by store security. These are just a few to the problems the troublemakers are responsible for.

My outdoor security camera is part of the reason for why they attack me. However, as stated before, the troublemakers should not doubt that they are indeed the cause of the camera being out there.

Let's not forget that harassers associated with the school occupying to church building on my avenue. Although, the school has rid themselves of the principal that was part of the people that drove by on our street with unnecessary frequency a while back whenever residents came outside, there are still people boldly driving onto the church's grounds while classes are ongoing. who clearly think their are protecting it. When in truth, they are not.  However, they do make one miss the days when the church was just an empty building. Sorry, I do not see them as blameless. Just another spoke in an already broke wheel.

To make matters worst someone dog bit my husband, and regardless of the fact that signs were posted, put on porches, and  in mailboxes asking the owner of the dog to come forward,  the owner has not done so.

For as long as I have been here the neighbors across the street have initiate a lot of the harassment, I am treated to it when I wait for a bus or walk to the store. They must think 'out sight, out of mind'.  However, their paws prints are all over the harassment. Third party my arse.

Well this is enough rants for today.
