Should You Respect The Privacy Of A Harasser?

Today my husband and I received a caller from a harasser claiming they were a soldering and cable tech school in  based Clearwater. However, when we looked up the phone number we discovered that no such school exist and that the phone number is listed as the following:

Owner's name hidden for privacy reasons

Get this the owner's name is hidden for privacy reasons, but they feel is okay to hide behind that privacy feature and harass other people.  Well, we do not know the caller's name, but the fact that are harassed that should be exposed as such is the right thing to do to protect ourselves and others.
In addition, and yet in case the meaning of the word harasser elusive this harasser and all other harassers. Below is the dictionary of what your are to descent people.
