Horrors From The Illegal Drug Trade - Link Correction

Hello Everyone,

Evelyn Here,

On Friday August 4, 2006, our local newspaper the Saint Petersburg Times ran an article that struck me to the core. It was a story about the inhumane treatment of a young boy of ten at the hands of a beastly drug dealer.  It is also a story of abuse that all too clearly fits into the purpose of this blog, which is to offer helpful information to women as well as links for stopping all types of abuse and other crimes.

The article describes how a young boy’s desire to buy a go-cart led him into the cruel world of the illegal drug trade and child abuse. The article was entitled “Drug Trade Rough on Boy, 10”, and it was written by Abhi Raghunathan. If you live in the St. Petersburg area, then you know the story. If you have not read the article, the link below leads to a news release from the Saint Petersburg Police Headquarters.

The above picture was once offered by Allposter.com, but they no longer have it. It is appropriately entitled "NO DRUGS", artist unknown.

Evelyn out.
